Here’s how it works:

Best-in-Class Marketing Documents

You need marketing tools that are targeted, results-oriented, and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) optimized. A resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile written by a certified resume writer is an investment in your future earnings.

Includes:

  • Two, 60-minute Zoom intake sessions where I gather all of your information; no need for you to fill out lengthy questionnaires

  • Resume, cover letter and LinkedIn profile

  • 30-minute Zoom follow-up session to review and finalize your documents

  • Upload of your new LinkedIn profile to make sure your profile is optimized so you can be found by the right people

Customized Coaching

We will map out a customized coaching strategy based on your individual needs, which can include support with your job search strategy, networking, maximizing LinkedIn, interview skills, and mindset.

  • Six, 30-minute calls via Zoom

  • Email access to Lesa Monday-Friday in between sessions so that you are never left hanging and are able to get the support you need
