    Ten, 60-minute coaching sessions, plus two 90-minute mega sessions as we get started and wrap up working together.

    In these sessions you’ll receive ongoing focused attention from me for strategy, accountability, goal-setting, and celebration of goal achievement.

    360 assessments at the beginning and evaluation at the end to set goals and measure progress.

    Ongoing Support Between Sessions

    Access to me via email for support in between sessions. In addition, you’ll get 3, 20-minute SOS calls for urgent issues you need help with.

    We’ll meet again 45 days and six months after your program ends.

    Even when your program ends, it doesn’t really end. You’ll have two additional touch points for accountability and support.
